MetroDash Essentials was born from a simple frustration: running out of something basic should never mean a stressful trip to the store. We're building the infrastructure to make everyday essentials as accessible as turning on a tap.
Our story
It started with a late-night scramble. Our founder, a new parent, ran out of baby formula at 11 PM. The nearest store was closing. The delivery apps quoted 90 minutes. That night, it became clear: the infrastructure for truly rapid essentials delivery simply didn't exist.
MetroDash Essentials was created to fill that gap. Instead of building massive warehouses on city outskirts, we partnered with the stores already in your neighbourhood — corner shops, pharmacies, and convenience stores that stock what you need, blocks from your door.
By combining hyperlocal inventory with a network of on-demand couriers and smart routing technology, we deliver essentials in 30 minutes or less. Not because we cut corners, but because the items were always close by — they just needed a faster way to get to you.
